A Commissioner's Guide to Redistricting in Utah

In November 2018, Utah voters passed a ballot proposition establishing an Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission to draw new congressional and state legislative boundaries, as required after each decennial Census. It is intended to guide the work of the first commission.
